  •  popcorn kernels
  • coconut oil
  • coconut butter
  • ghee
  • pink salt
  • brown sugar
  • curry powder
  • parsley
  • cinnamon
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • parmesan cheese
  • coconut flakes

  1. get out your measuring tools. This requires precision.
  2. per 1 cup of kernels:
  3. 3  tbs of coconut oil, coconut butter or ghee. Mix and match for different flavors and textures.
  4. 2 tsp brown sugar, cinnamon, curry powder, parsley.

5. ½  tsp. Pink salt, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary.

6. ¼ cup parmesan cheese or coconut flakes.

melt all fats on low heat and slowly stir in flavored ingredients (except parmesan and shredded coconut) and raise heat to medium. place lid on pot and shake to evenly coat kernels with flavor. once all kernels are popped, add your cheese or coconut flakes onto cooked popcorn, replace lid and shake it up! extra is always extra, so have fun with your toppings. you can toast the coconut in a separate pan (preferably ceramic) on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. For storage, let popcorn cool completely and store in freezer bags.
